Antoine Fine is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Eutopia, a role that for the first time connects the dots between his diversified background and his willingness to make an impact. After graduating from HEC Paris, Antoine kicked off his career in private equity in 2003 as an Analyst for the Midcap LBO funds at Lazard. He was promoted to Investment Director in 2006 where he worked across fifteen deals and monitored two companies up to exit. After taking a year off in 2010 to travel across the Mediterranean on his vespa, he then designed, launched and successfully sold a healthy snack brand before founding Financière Avanti, an investment & business development structure. Here he managed several projects across the FMCG, sports & leisure and education sectors for active investors in France and abroad before co-founding Otium Consumer in 2015 within Otium Capital and serving as Partner until 2018. Always up for pioneering a new way, Antoine's forte lies in building and tapping into strong advisor networks. Forever listening and asking questions, it’s no wonder he gives the best speeches at the office party. When he’s not rallying the team around a vision, Antoine can be found hiking in the Alps with his family.
Camille is Partner & Co-Founder at Eutopia. She graduated from ESCP-Europe business school where she specialised in entrepreneurship. She started her carred at Otium Capital as an analyst in 2015 and launched with Antoine the investment thesis focusing on emerging brands, making her first deals at the time. Camille focus on wellness and food industries. She performed a dozen deals in those industries and already exited some of them, including MÊME Cosmetics and HARI&CO. She believes in building long-lasting brands and works on branding, customer experience and impact strategy with the companies she’s working with. Care is the most important value to her and she lives by it with her team and with the founders she works with every day. When she is not brainstorming with an entrepreneur, you'll find her at a Dynamo spinning class or cooking a new recipe.
Cyrille joined Otium Consumer in 2018 as Operating Partner before cofounding Eutopia. Based in New York, he oversees the American Market, guiding portfolio companies’ expansion to the US, with a strong operational focus on portfolio company Kids Empire. Prior to this, Cyrille was responsible for launching the European omni-channel CPG brand Palais des Thés in the US. Under his management and in only five years, Palais des Thés became the #1 tea brand in 5-star hotels and in major US department stores including Macy’s, Saks, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. The brand’s DTC strategy included e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores. Cyrille graduated from HEC Paris before working as a strategy consultant at BCG for six years. Obsessed over new ways to grow revenues, Cyrille is forever identifying the latest market trends and spotting the best entrepreneurs. A strong believer in people being a company’s key asset, Cyrille takes pride in coaching and growing a team. When he’s not working with startups to overcome an operational challenge, Cyrille can be found traveling the globe with his wife and three children or discovering the latest trend in New York.
Manal is a Partner at Eutopia. She started her career at Rothschild & Co in M&A advisory, and in 2009, joined L Catterton, a private equity fund focused on consumer goods backed by the LVMH group. She spent 9 years in L Catterton, based in Paris then in Madrid where she participated to lead investments in Iberia. Over the course of her experience at L Catterton, Manal had the opportunity to source and execute various transactions in the European consumer sector as well as actively participate in the management and improvement of portfolio companies. She then founded Les Candides, a 100% traceable natural cosmetic brand, backed by a blockchain proofing mechanism. Les Candides’s principles of transparency, sustainability and entrepreneurship are at the core of the values Manal has always wished to promote. Manal graduated from ESCP Europe with a master’s in management degree and also received a master’s degree in business law from University Paris X. When she is not busy thinking about the best ways to support founders, Manal can be found attending the latest art exhibitions in town with her family.
Myriam joined Eutopia in January 2019. She operates as General Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Impact. Prior to Eutopia, she worked as an Auditor, where she gained experience observing different companies, as the CFO and Head of Compliance and Internal Control, where she learned to work on internal topics, and as a Consultant where she helped companies on their global strategies. Those various experiences enable Myriam to have a 360 role within Eutopia, both at the management company and at the portfolio level. Very observant and dynamic, she has a strong sense of intuition and can bind easily with people. When she does not have to be seated in front of her computer, Myriam loves being outside (even in wind and rain), and connecting with nature and her two daughters. She lives in the countryside in The Tarn
Bruno joined Eutopia in 2022 as Operating Partner for Europe, guiding portfolio companies’ expansion. Prior to that, he graduated from IAE Lyon in Business Administration. Bruno has 20 years of experience in B2B as well as sales & marketing functions through companies such as Danone, Spir Communication, Smartbox or Cegedim. Driven by the taste of challenge, teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit, Bruno wishes to lead and motivate people in order to accomplish their goals. Native from the Alps, he is a happy father of three kids. When he's not busy seeking B2B deals, Bruno can be found practising all types of outdoor sports (Ski, triathlon, Tennis, Golf, Kite-surf...)
Julie joined Eutopia in November 2020 as Assistant to the CFO. Prior to becoming a part of the team, she worked as Client Manager and as Back Office Assistant for Crédit Mutuel Arkéa for more than 8 years. There, no doubt that she developed a strong sense of relationship and financial management. A new life has now started for her in the lovely region of Tarn, where she is a valuable asset in assisting Myriam with her administrative and financial functions. In her free time, Julie loves to discover what nature has to offer during one of her daily walks with her children and husband.
Etienne joined Eutopia in 2021 as an Analyst. Prior to this, he worked at Danone Manifesto Ventures and RAISE funds, and conducted entrepreneurship training missions for OSCE in Uzbekistan. He graduated from ESCP Europe with a major in Circular Economy. Passionate and optimistic, Etienne enthusiastically challenges our founders' plans to future-proof their businesses. When he is not hunting for new brands, you’ll find him wandering in the Alps with skis and a paraglider.
Julie joined Eutopia in 2023 as an Analyst. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po and has previously worked for FMCG companies. Curious and thoughtful, Julie loves discovering new sectors and analyzing business plans. When she is not meeting with founders, Julie can be found in the kitchen trying out a new recipe or on a run along the Seine.
